We’re hiring a Key Account Executive to lead enterprise sales across Europe, focused on high‑value, multi‑stakeholder deals with global engineering organizations. This senior individual contributor role suits someone with a strong track record in complex SaaS sales and a consultative, technical approach to customer engagement.
The company’s platform is used by some of the world’s largest manufacturers to improve collaboration across engineering and product teams. Customers span industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, and consumer products. Sales cycles are thoughtful and strategic, involving engineering leadership, procurement, and executive sponsors.
You’ll be responsible for both new business and account expansion across a small number of enterprise targets – typically organizations with 10,000+ employees and global operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead the sales strategy and execution across assigned enterprise accounts
Manage full‑cycle sales for deals in the €200K–€2M+ range
Build relationships with senior engineering and procurement stakeholders
Conduct detailed discovery and recommend solutions aligned to business and technical goals
Collaborate on proposals and lead negotiations through to close
Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to support implementation and long‑term value
Track pipeline performance and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
Contribute to expansion and renewal efforts alongside the customer success team
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a focus on technical buyers
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders across large organizations
Familiarity with engineering‑led industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace
A consultative approach to selling with strong listening, positioning, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; additional language skills (especially German or French) are an advantage
Experience with Salesforce and strong pipeline discipline
Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first environment
Full‑time, permanent role
