Our Team Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates in South Weymouth is located at 541 Main Street, South Weymouth, 02190. This location has multiple specialties including Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pathology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Vascular Surgery. This location also provides services such as Blood Draw Lab, Imaging, Primary Care and Urgent Care/Fast Care. Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour RN to support our Cardiology Suite and CHF Clinic onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. We offer comprehensive cardiac care services on site in our South Weymouth office including a PaceMaker Clinic, CHF Clinic, and Cardiac Electrophysiology. While in our Cardiology Suite, this role will consist of 99% phone triage and some patient‑facing hands‑on aspects by administering prescribed injectable medications in accordance with provider orders. The Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone and patient portal by providing advice in accordance with clinical protocols and coordinate proper disposition. Encounters are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre‑ and post‑procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. While in our CHF Clinic, this role will consist of monitoring patient vitals, performing EKGs, and managing IV therapy as part of patient care working closely with our CHF provider. This person will be an integral part of an extraordinary team! Education: Associate’s Degree Nursing required or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing preferred. Licensed RN – State License required. Clinical nursing experience 0‑1 year required. Familiarity with principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment. Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients. Additional Job Details
