Overview
We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour RN to support our Cardiology Suite and CHF Clinic onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. We offer comprehensive cardiac care services on site in our South Weymouth office including a PaceMaker Clinic, CHF Clinic, and Cardiac Electrophysiology. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN to work in both our Cardiology Suite and CHF Clinic! Responsibilities
In Cardiology Suite: 99% phone triage with some patient-facing hands-on aspects by administering prescribed injectable medications in accordance with provider orders. Handle patient interactions via telephone and patient portal by providing advice in accordance with clinical protocols and coordinate proper disposition. Encounters related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. In CHF Clinic: monitor patient vitals, perform EKGs, and manage IV therapy as part of patient care while working closely with the CHF provider. Collaborate as an integral part of an extraordinary team of collaborative RNs who exemplify teamwork and mutual support to deliver high-quality patient care. Education
Associate\'s Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing preferred Note:
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse (RN - State License) - Generic - HR Only required Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment. Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Knowledge of medical terminology.
