Allocation Strategy & Optimization – Lead the development and execution of dynamic tour allocation policies across brands, adjusting based on booking curves and sales velocity. Collaborate with brand teams to gather and analyze ongoing sales data and reallocate inventory in real time to optimize utilization and guest satisfaction. Strategic Differentiation – Define a differentiated strategy across ports to reflect the unique character of each destination, including playbooks for different voyage types, identifying gaps in product mix, proposing new experiences, and partnering with product development and brand Shorex teams to drive innovation and investment. Product Alignment & Cost Analysis – Standardize tour specifications across brands and analyze cost structures to ensure harmonized pricing. Work with destination teams to maintain consistency and feasibility across offerings. On-Island Sales Oversight – Oversee on-island sales operations at owned destinations in partnership with local leads, improve conversion rates and guest engagement, and ensure alignment with pre-booked Shorex products. Cross-Brand Alignment – Serve as the primary liaison between Global Destinations and brand Shorex teams, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and manage negotiations. Systems, AI & Analytics Integration – Pilot AI-driven tools for forecasting, allocation decisions, and trend analysis; build dashboards to enable smarter decision-making. Third-Party Tour Allocation Management – Extend the allocation strategy to third-party operators, maintaining transparency and operational flexibility through relationships with external vendors. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, or Finance. Master’s Degree is a plus. 7-10 years of destinations operations and revenue management, cruise industry experience, analytics and strategic insights. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI; strong data analytics, modeling, and forecasting skills. Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment; ability to partner with leadership and remote teams; experience in tour operations or cruise/hospitality sectors. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high guest experience standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills; ability to drive vision across groups. Work Environment & Travel
