What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage software lifecycle projects, ensuring milestones are tracked and reported

Utilize Agile methodologies and JIRA to facilitate project management

Oversee daily progress of digital projects, focusing on time, budget, scope, and quality

Proactively manage project risks and issues, defining mitigation strategies

Represent the PMO and uphold its expectations within the project team

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably in the retail, eCommerce, or loyalty space

Strong experience in software lifecycle and innovative applications for software

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence teams at all levels

Education: BA/BS preferred; PMP or Scrum Certification is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience as a Scrum Master on complex projects, managing ceremonies and planning

Demonstrated hands-on experience with critical decision points and project risks

Familiarity with Customer Loyalty Programs is a significant advantage
