$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr The Operations Director is a key member of the Corporate Operations leadership team responsible for the daily activities of the firm's corporate operations team in support of the company's objectives. This individual will oversee and align various operational centers as directed by the COO including Real Estate and Facilities, Practice Technology, Safety, Fleet & Compliance, Project Management training, and Corporate Operations, including business combination integrations. This position oversees strategic and operational direction, business processes, and staff resource management for each of these areas. This position requires continuous coordination with the other Shared Services directors and managers as well as the IT and Security Department Managers regarding shared corporate processes, procedures, and initiatives. Responsibilities

Facilitate and support the Corporate Real Estate Manager with lease negotiations and procurement. Maintain and monitor seating capacities across the LaBella office footprint. Coordinate seating with new hires and terminations. Maintain contact with office managers regarding office conditions and required maintenance. Office space maintenance and security. Contact landlords as necessary to remedy situations that arise. Build out new and existing LaBella office spaces, including coordination of design, bidding, and construction. Manage furniture procurement. Practice Technology: Facilitate and support the Corporate Quality Manager with quality management and project management programs; lead QMS and Project Management Committees; support the Corporate Project Management Training Program and PM Committee meetings. Safety Program: Facilitate and support the Corporate Safety Manager with the corporate safety program, risk identification/mitigation, and health & safety plans; coordinate with HR and divisions on medical monitoring and drug/alcohol testing. Fleet and Compliance: Facilitate and support the Fleet & Compliance Manager with programs ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance; coordinate strategic fleet management objectives. Corporate Operations: Facilitate and support the Senior Operations Manager with operational systems, processes, policy development, and SOPs; oversee software management and corporate intranet/tools; support integration of business combination entities; manage Emergency Alert System; coordinate vendor qualifications with Marketing; coordinate network project folder structure with QMS/Technology. The Operations Director will also lead budgeting, monitor staffing and workload, direct crisis management, business continuity, CSR programs, and participate in LaBella’s AI Task Force and ISMC. Essential duties & responsibilities

Includes Real Estate/Facilities, Practice Technology, Safety, Fleet & Compliance, and Corporate Operations responsibilities as described above, with emphasis on cross-functional coordination and implementation of processes and systems across the firm. Requirements

Education & Experience 4 Year Degree in a A/E related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the A/E industry, including managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects. Demonstrated experience in mergers & acquisitions in the A/E industry. Proven track record in operational leadership within a consulting or professional services firm. Skills & Competencies Proven experience in leading and managing teams and supervising multiple members. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering workflows and business models. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to influence across functions and levels. Financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L, WIP, and KPIs. Proficiency with industry tools (e.g., Deltek, Newforma, BIM software, ERP systems). Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000. The specific salary offered may be influenced by factors including experience, education, and work location.
