Intra-Cellular Therapies, a Johnson & Johnson company, is expanding its CAPLYTA marketing team to support growth in consumer-facing digital marketing materials for CAPLYTA. This position reports to the Executive Director, Marketing and focuses on creating engaging content to drive awareness, engagement and education for consumers. Responsibilities
Develop, manage and optimize digital campaigns (emails, banners, OLV, podcasts, third-party programs) aligned with the brand strategy and annual media plan. Analyze campaign performance, track metrics (CTR, conversions) and optimize content across channels. Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and relevance. Manage and maintain consumer websites, UX testing, and cookie policies. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to report on KPIs, identify optimization needs, and track performance. Assist with development of consumer and patient marketing, promotional and educational campaigns. Maintain and update patient brochures, discussion guides, and other patient-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and preventing expiration. Oversee inventory management of consumer materials to ensure the salesforce has necessary resources. Support agency management for media buying and creative teams, providing coordination as needed. Assist in the development and execution of CRM content management and consumer journey initiatives for the brand. Monitor marketplace and competitor trends and anticipate issues. Guide agencies, vendors and partners to execute tactical plans, ensure timelines are met, and budgets are managed. Think innovatively about applying new technologies and solutions to achieve goals. Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of marketing materials, adhering to company policies. Coordinate with Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops to identify research and measurement needs to inform spend and campaign optimizations. Partner with sales to ensure effective communication, training and messaging alignment with customer needs. May track and/or help prepare annual budget/forecast for marketing. May manage inventory levels and distribution of promotional materials. Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to identify and implement advanced measurement studies demonstrating business impact of marketing investments. Evaluate new and innovative marketing opportunities and provide adoption perspectives where appropriate. Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role for a pharmaceutical, biotechnology company or media agency with HCP or consumer pharmaceutical experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 2+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills. Digital experience including website development, social media, SEM, display, CRM and VEEVA utilization is preferred. Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing initiatives preferred. Comfortable with public speaking; CNS experience and product launch experience are preferred. Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies/tactics delivering strong commercial results across traditional and digital channels. Outstanding project management skills with experience managing multiple vendors and agencies, including digital implementation knowledge. Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions and compliance issues. Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing and communication skills; able to present to senior management when needed. Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%. Ability to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000. The Company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
