Location: New Brunswick, Raritan, and Titusville, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
The Director will drive landscaping, due diligence, approval, negotiations, and contracting for Precision Medicine.
Responsibilities include diagnostics, digital and data sciences, for development collaborations and commercial partnerships.
Partner closely with matrix teams across R&D, Global Commercial Strategy, External Scientific Innovation, and other functions to advance internal R&D and commercial Precision Medicine capabilities.
Create business cases for deal review, while identifying and analyzing opportunities and risks. Prepare approval documents for internal approvals.
Manage diagnostic alliance re‑negotiations and amendments.
Contribute to regular updates of agreement templates in cooperation with Legal and cross‑functional teams.
Support preparation of meetings at annual partnering and scientific conferences, and synthesize emerging trends in Precision Medicine.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or other master’s) is preferred.
8+ years of experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Previous experience with diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical companies.
Experience leading complex projects or partnerships with a clear track record of success.
Previous deal‑making experience is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a matrix organization to drive projects to conclusion.
Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
Track record of successfully handling multiple priorities, working independently, and seeking guidance when needed.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Position requires domestic and international travel as needed.
Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is
$150,000 to $258,750 . The company offers a competitive annual performance bonus and additional benefits.

Consolidated retirement plan (pension) and 401(k) savings plan.
Time‑off benefits:
Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.
Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year (up to 56 hours for Washington State residents).
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
