TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Area Vice President in the Midwest Area. Drives and supports a culture of safety throughout the Midwest Area. Partners with Health & Safety to continuously improve safety performance, acting as the face of safety to all employees; leads programs involving safety to ensure successful execution. Partners with HR to build a culture that attracts and retains top talent to maximize human capital and diversity, creating a leading employee experience in the market. Leads the Midwest Area team with an emphasis on empowerment and growth of the service business through all lines of business: new installation, modernization, repair and sales operations. Fosters an organizational culture that encourages breakthrough ideas and calculated risk-taking. Ensures operations run efficiently and cost effectively. Monitors staff performance and morale, oversees office/jobsite environment, and addresses performance issues when necessary. Strategically reviews P&L and other financial reports to monitor branch performance and ensure monthly budgetary goals are met or exceeded. Develops, reviews, and approves operating plans and budgets submitted by direct reports. Implements standard operational processes with continuous improvement of service revenue growth. Works with Area management to ensure a differentiated level of customer service and communicates a consistent company message and brand. Supports execution of initiatives within the Area and branches. Interfaces with regional and corporate departments, including factory, coordination, leasing, legal, HR, and finance. Supports business development activities such as market assessments, customer management and feedback, and performance assessment. Maintains strong relationships with customers, elevator consultants, building owners/managers, construction firms, and architects. Maintains knowledge of the market area, including sales backlog, service/repair volume, market penetration, bids, new business, projects, and staffing requirements. Maintains familiarity with company products through training and updates; understands TK Elevator, its regional and company mission, ethical standards, and code of conduct. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of all federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements. Works with HR to ensure managers use performance management techniques to evaluate employee performance; promotions and merit increases should be based on performance. Actively involved in recruiting for the Region and collaborates with HR in employee development. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s in Business Administration or related field a plus. 5 to 10+ years of general or upper-level management experience in the elevator industry. Proven success in managing and developing talent within the workforce. Strong organizational skills, high energy, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and process orientation. Ability to read and interpret complex business information and procedures; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with employees and customers within and outside the regional office. What We Offer

Salary range: $200,000-$250,000. The role offers a car allowance, fuel card, and annual incentive program.
