Stem offers artist-development services, data-driven insights, and tools to track, split, and disperse revenue in real-time. Stem partners with artists to guide career strategy and financial literacy, acting as an extension of their team. This role is full-time and based in one of our office hubs: LA, New York, or Nashville. It is a hybrid position with frequent in-person meetings at Concord offices. Responsibilities

Connect deeply with the business to understand direction, set a clear and inspiring product vision, and ensure ongoing shipping, improvement, and high-quality product experience. Translate business goals and user insights into a clear, actionable roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives. Oversee the full product and engineering lifecycle from discovery to deployment and iteration, delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. Drive high-level architecture and design to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Provide thought leadership on engineering methodologies and align them with product and business objectives. Collaborate with Product, Design, and leadership to successfully execute initiatives and align engineering efforts. Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay current with engineering trends and selectively apply them to achieve business goals without pursuing distractions. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product performance, reliability, and market differentiation. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute key company initiatives. Ensure successful development of stable solutions for users and internal teams, adhering to Agile and continuous delivery practices. Implement and improve agile practices to increase delivery velocity, product quality, and responsiveness to user needs. Institute system metrics to report engineering velocity, outcomes, blockers, and needs to stakeholders. Maintain technical excellence and system reliability through best practices in architecture, security, testing, and deployment. Act as a visible champion for users, translating needs into solutions that drive engagement, retention, and growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum 7+ years' experience in music marketing or related field. Ability to operate collaboratively and work under pressure. Established relationships with marketing and creator agencies. Proven track record of delivering audience growth. Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to communicate actionable recommendations. Creative and innovative outlook. Experience working with labels, artists, and managers. Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and development stages. Strong organizational and project management skills. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
