About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process by supporting the coordination and execution of all candidate interviews and communications. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping multiple priorities moving at once.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, departments, and hiring teams—often managing several candidates and processes simultaneously.

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.

Manage the logistics of interview scheduling, including phone, video, and on-site interviews, as well as travel arrangements when needed.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively identify potential conflicts.

Maintain accurate candidate information and interview data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support the preparation of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation as needed.

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting operations, tools, and processes.

Assist with employer branding activities, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced environment).

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday) preferred.
