The Family Medicine Physician will care for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families. They treat patients of all ages, from children (age 5) to senior adults, addressing the full range of health concerns. Family doctors coordinate care with specialists and other team members; often no referral from a family doctor is required to see a Kelsey-Seybold specialist, but the family doctor remains an important part of the multispecialty team. Responsibilities
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals Participate in the Family Medicine Call group. On-call approximately once per month; weekend on-call shared with another physician. Respond to patient calls from the call group Conduct annual physicals and preventive/wellness exams Provide preventive medicine services Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD, DO) Accredited Family Medicine residency training Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas Board Certified or Board Eligible Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually for full-time employment. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target; actual range and mix may vary based on experience and metrics. Benefits include comprehensive plans, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions. Eligibility requirements apply.
