Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Provide proactive customer support through email regarding order status, shipping updates, and inquiries. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with carriers. Prepare, verify, and manage invoices related to customer shipments. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, accounting) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking logs, and account-specific requirements. Handle returns, claims, and special account requests as needed. Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer support (required). Strong knowledge of shipping processes, carriers, and documentation. Experience handling invoices and order tracking systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP/CRM systems. Ability to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additional role details
