This role leads the Modern Product Org Sub-Capability, ensuring alignment with Slalom’s objectives and scalable goal achievement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to adapt offerings to market trends, fostering strong customer relationships, aligning recruitment with demand, and overseeing operations to meet financial and operational targets while promoting a collaborative community. Leads the creation and execution of the Modern Product Org Sub-Capability Regional strategy, ensuring progress towards goals aligned with Slalom strategy and Global Capability Strategy. Contributes to Go To Market approaches by applying expertise to thought leadership and market trends; collaborates with Client Outcomes leadership to shape offerings and drive market delivery. Provides subject matter expertise to strategic clients and supports the growth of capabilities through pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration. Owns hiring/recruitment strategy for the Modern Product Org Sub-Capability and partners with geographic leadership for workforce planning. Supports people development, coaching, mentoring, and escalation management in partnership with People and Talent teams. Maintains key client/partner relationships and participates in delivery governance to ensure quality outcomes. Leads financial management tasks including AOP development and managing utilization and cost-to-serve targets. What You’ll Bring

Domain Expertise: 10+ years delivery experience in Modern Product Org with relevant certifications; recognized as a mentor by teammates. Innovation: leads creation of new offerings, accelerators, or thought leadership; aligns regional vision with broader strategy. Track Record in Sales: credible in solutioning leadership for pursuits; strong collaboration with sales and capabilities teams. Additional
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. This role requires time in a Slalom office, at client sites, and flexibility for hybrid work arrangements. About Us
