Director, Modern Product Organization - EAST at Slalom. This role is eligible to be located in the EAST where there is a Slalom office and will be a Director level. This role leads the Modern Product Org Sub-Capability, ensuring alignment with Slalom’s objectives and scalable goal achievement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to adapt offerings to market trends, fostering strong customer relationships, aligning recruitment with demand, and overseeing operations to meet financial and operational targets while promoting a collaborative community. Lead the creation and execution of the Modern Product Org Sub-Capability Regional strategy, ensuring progress towards goals and priorities in alignment with Slalom strategy and Global Capability Strategy. Contribute written or verbal thought leadership (e.g., white papers, conference keynotes) using expertise in Modern Product Org Sub-Capability. Partner with Client Outcomes leadership to provide input on external market trends, tie to Slalom Capabilities, and shape offerings and disciplines. Direct the creation of methods and templates for delivering initiatives within scope of Service/Discipline. Contribute to Capability and multi-disciplinary Client Outcomes activation. Provide subject matter expertise and solutioning to strategic clients; help lead go-to-market motions and drive capability growth through pipeline management and business development activities. Under direction of the Country Capability Lead, own hiring/recruiting strategy for the Modern Product Org Sub-Capability and coordinate workforce planning with geographic leadership to meet demand. Define country-level learning & development priorities and support professional development investments. Mentor direct reports and partner with People and Talent teams on performance feedback and escalations. Maintain key client/partner relationships and participate in complex deal QA to ensure successful delivery; address delivery escalations as needed. Lead the formation of the Country Discipline’s AOP and contribute to Capability-level AOP. Manage business to achieve utilization and cost targets; grow resource revenue and headcount aligned with geo forecasting. What You’ll Bring
