Responsibilities

Work with family, general internal medicine physicians, women’s health and pediatricians. 7 or 8 half-day clinical sessions. 20% protected administrative time for administrative duties, quality improvement projects, and creative activity (two half-days weekly). Monday through Friday hours only—no inpatient or weekend clinic scheduling. Medical student teaching if desired. Qualifications

California licensed physician (MD or DO) by start date with board certification or eligibility and willingness to become board certified in Family Medicine. Compensation and Benefits

For positions that are 51% effort or more: The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. Minimum base salary range for this position is

$140,600 - $369,000 . This position includes eligibility for additional compensation under the health sciences compensation plan. For positions that are 50% effort or less: See Table 2. A reasonable estimate for this position is
