English and another language
such as
Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Fuzhou.
Pay & Schedule: $17/hr
– Spanish & Haitian Creole $18/hr
– Bengali, Russian, and Asian languages Schedule:
Monday–Friday (8AM–8PM EST) & Saturday (10AM–6PM EST) Work From Home / BYOD

What You’ll Do: Answer inbound calls and assist clients with health plan enrollment or disenrollment. Educate callers about managed care and available benefits. Process and review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every call.
What We’re Looking For: Fluent (read, write, and speak)
in English and one of the listed languages. At least 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience. Strong computer and typing skills. Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.

Windows 10 or MacOS (10.15 or newer) USB wired headset with microphone
(Bluetooth not allowed) Stable internet connection: minimum
25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
