Vice President - IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Location: Hybrid (2-3 days) in our Glendale, WI office The Vice President, IT - Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance is responsible for implementing and running the enterprise cybersecurity program. The role involves identifying, evaluating and reporting on legal and regulatory, IT, and cybersecurity risk to information assets while supporting and advancing the organization\'s cybersecurity strategy/program and investment plan aligned with the enterprise strategy, required capabilities and risk exposure and posture. This position requires a visionary leader with sound knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies covering the corporate network and the broader digital ecosystem. The leader will establish and maintain the company cybersecurity program to ensure information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure and processes are adequately protected in the digital ecosystem in which we operate. A key element is working with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk and proactively collaborating with business units and ecosystem partners to implement practices that meet agreed-on policies and standards for cybersecurity. The leader must understand and articulate the impact of cybersecurity on digital business and communicate this to the board of directors and other senior stakeholders. The role requires familiarity with both internal and external business environments and ensuring information systems are maintained in a fully functional and secure mode while complying with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. This role serves as the process owner of appropriate second-line assurance activities related to confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and extends expertise to support safety, privacy, reliability and resilience requirements. Implement and run the enterprise cybersecurity program aligned with business objectives and risk posture. Identify, evaluate and report on legal, regulatory, IT, and cybersecurity risks to information assets. Support the development of the organization\'s cybersecurity strategy/program and investment plan. Establish and maintain the cybersecurity program to protect information assets, technology, applications, systems, infrastructure and processes. Collaborate with executive management to determine acceptable risk levels and partner with business units and ecosystem partners to implement cybersecurity practices that meet policies and standards. Communicate cybersecurity impact to the board and other senior stakeholders. Ensure information systems are maintained securely and in compliance with obligations. Serve as process owner for second-line assurance activities related to information security and extend expertise to safety, privacy, reliability and resilience requirements. Visionary leader with strong business management knowledge and a working understanding of cybersecurity technologies across corporate networks and the broader digital ecosystem.
