As a member of the Adoption team in the Customer Success Group (CSG), the Customer Adoption Manager is responsible for developing and delivering customer-facing communication programs that drive business value and product adoption for customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management. Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive digital strategies across various channels Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with business objectives Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize impact Work with technical & creative teams to deliver campaigns in a timely, efficient manner Create and present detailed campaign reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics and impact Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and immersive technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Minimum Requirements
3-5+ years of professional experience in marketing campaign management Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Preferred Requirements
Experience in customer marketing and/or program management Experience with Salesforce.com and/or CRM applications Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices Unleash Your Potential
