Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst Location: Onsite – Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

Start Date: January 2026

Role Summary The IAM Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management program, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access across both IT and OT environments. This role focuses on user lifecycle management, access certifications, and automation within SailPoint, playing a key role in advancing the company’s corporate governance and cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

Execute provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews through SailPoint and related IAM tools.

Maintain user and role data across IT and OT systems, including SCADA, control networks, and enterprise applications.

Support integration of OT assets into the corporate identity governance framework.

Partner with application and system owners to enforce least privilege and separation of duties.

Run access certification campaigns and support audit and compliance requests.

Troubleshoot identity-related incidents, service requests, and provisioning errors.

Collaborate with the IAM Architect on new connector testing and policy implementation.

Document IAM processes, workflows, and compliance controls.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or IT Security operations.

Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ (certifications, roles, workflows).

Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and RBAC concepts.

Exposure to IT/OT security — familiarity with SCADA, control systems, or industrial networks.

Understanding of relevant security frameworks such as NIST 800‑82 or ISA/IEC 62443.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to communicate clearly with governance, compliance, and cybersecurity teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) or working knowledge of APIs.

Experience supporting audits or regulatory frameworks (SOX, NERC CIP, ISO 27001).

Industry background in energy, utilities, or manufacturing environments.
