Overview
Digital Marketing Associate position at MatterHackers. In-person role based in Lake Forest, CA, requiring standard business hours Monday–Friday. What You Will Be Doing
Assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to boost online presence and drive traffic to the MatterHackers website. Managing and growing our social media profiles and presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels). Crafting engaging email marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance to improve outreach. Coordinating with freelancers to produce compelling digital content aligned with brand and marketing goals. Overseeing and optimizing digital ads across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics and other measurement software. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support a cohesive digital strategy and broader business objectives. Assisting the Director of Ecommerce with daily tasks to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Researching and engaging with potential affiliates, influencers, and partners to expand reach and sponsorship opportunities. Adopting a versatile approach that includes strategic planning, creative execution, and hands-on campaign management. What You Need For This Position
Willingness and ability to work in-person at the Lake Forest, CA office. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required. Experience with social media management, email marketing, and digital ad platforms. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for quality. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing.
