Brand Ambassador – Community Engagement & Local Partnerships Lead
to be the face and voice of our brand across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role will champion billyGO at local events and on social media, build partnerships with community organizations and help coordinate internal events. You will also assist with social media campaigns, strategic business partnerships, influencer partnerships and local advertising, capture feedback from the community and bring insights back to the marketing team. Responsibilities
Be the face of billyGO – Represent the brand in a professional, enthusiastic and positive manner. Plan and staff community activations – Initiate, plan and attend community events; handle set-up and breakdown with marketing team; distribute promotional materials and interact with attendees. Build partnerships with local schools, chambers, animal shelters and nonprofits. Coordinate internal events – Work with HR to plan employee meetings, outings, town halls and recognition celebrations. Build strategic business partnerships – Meet with local businesses, vendors, and partners to build strong, authentic, lasting relationships. Lead local community give-back efforts – Coordinate volunteer activities with local partners so employees can serve alongside you. Create content and social media engagement – Generate engaging social media content that reflects BillyGO’s voice and collaborate with influencers and affiliates. Build lasting relationships – Foster long-term relationships with community leaders and organizations; maintain an outreach list and manage the events calendar. Provide insights – Capture feedback from events and report market trends and promotional outcomes to the marketing team. Identify, contact, and cultivate strategic partnerships with local foundation repair companies, home service providers, real estate agents, schools, and small businesses. Build a pipeline of cross-promotional relationships, affiliate opportunities, and referral networks that benefit BillyGO and align with core services. Attend networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, and industry expos to represent BillyGO and expand presence. Work with the marketing director and leadership team to create partnership pitches, packages, and follow-up materials. Track and report on partnership outreach efforts, conversion rates, and campaign performance using simple CRM or tracking tools. Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, local promotions, giveaways, or awareness efforts. Application Process

Experience: Minimum 2 years in community outreach, sales, brand activation, experiential marketing or corporate events. Comfortable organizing and attending multiple events per week and building relationships with the local community. Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and basic digital tools; strong verbal communication and public-speaking skills; ability to educate others about services. Event logistics know-how; able to plan, set up and work an event. Organization and time-management; capable of managing calendars and budgets. Detail-oriented with ability to record and report event outcomes. Soft skills: Charisma, enthusiasm, confidence; reliability and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred. Licenses & physical requirements: Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical event setup. Local knowledge: Familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth communities we serve and an existing network in Southlake, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Colleyville, Frisco or North Dallas. About BillyGO
