As Events & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be a hands-on executor, shaping the future of our high-profile events and partnerships while ensuring operational excellence. Your work will have a direct impact on brand growth, revenue success, and community engagement throughout Fort Worth. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end application process (for all application-related awards programs), ensuring timeline updates and follow-through Pull and update applications regularly to maintain accurate records Conduct applicant outreach to move applications toward completion Maintain and update the application tracker with progress notes and follow-up action items Monitor application results to the goal Track budgets, secure venues, vendors, and contracts to meet event needs and budgets Develop event timelines, schedules, and checklists; coordinate catering, A/V, decor, and logistical details Execute trade agreements secured for events in the CRM system Ensure events align with brand standards and organizational goals Collaborate with marketing to align promotional plans and execution Perform on-site event setup, registration, check-in, and attendance tracking Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and participants during events Troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless guest experience Post-event analysis and adjustments for future events Recruit interns at local colleges to assist with events and projects Coordinate charity partnerships, including order placement of ads in the CRM and managing seat/table allocations Attend select charity events to represent the company and provide onsite support Communicate event details to staff and attendees; monitor outcomes and the effectiveness of partnerships Qualifications

3+ years of successful event management Experience managing partnerships or sponsorships Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong accountability and follow-through; delivers results consistently Excellent prioritization skills to balance deadlines and responsibilities Superior written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong attention to logistics and process management Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners Familiarity with tracking systems or project management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite Genuine enthusiasm for IN-OFFICE collaboration and team engagement Why Join Us
