Desktop Support Technician II

$27/hour Shift:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Location:
Niskayuna, NY 12309 Onsite/In-Person Role:

As a Desktop Support Technician II, you will be responsible for managing IT assets onsite for the customer. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Imaging, deploying, maintaining, repairing, and wiping computer systems
Providing software support and mobile device management
Supporting computer peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
Offering hands & feet support for network-related issues, if needed
Navigating between buildings and production floors to support users
Safely lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary
Representing CompuCom in a professional manner and communicating effectively with both customers and team members
