Overview

As a Strategic Partner Manager at Contentful, you will lead a portfolio of partners to drive revenue objectives and ensure partner maturity and alignment with the Contentful platform. You will manage a group of strategic SI and Agency partners, orchestrate joint go-to-market motions, and deepen executive relationships to create mutual win:win outcomes across your book of business. What to expect?

Revenue Growth and Results: Deliver against partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed ACV metrics through targeted activities and go-to-market plays. Partner Portfolio Ownership: Manage a defined set of strategic SI and Agency partners, including executive-level relationship mapping and aligning partner capabilities to market demand to grow mindshare, awareness, and results. Field Team Integration: Act as the single point of orchestration between partners and Sales to align partners with Contentful deal strategy early and improve win rates against key competitors. Partner Maturity & Enablement: Drive partner enablement uptake, certifications, and increase co-marketing readiness. Campaign & Event Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing to activate regional campaigns and partner-led events, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and stages. Competitive Positioning: Use partner strengths to compete effectively, leveraging win/loss insights and “Why We Win Together” narratives and evangelizing Contentful’s value proposition. Forecast & Reporting: Own weekly partner forecast inputs, track performance against targets, and use data to inform strategic adjustments and investments on Contentful’s behalf. Travel: Travel may be required as needed. What you need to be successful?

10-15 years driving strategic partnerships or alliances within SaaS/DXP/MarTech ecosystems Proven track record managing a distinct portfolio of strategic partners with measurable revenue outcomes at scale Ability to balance tactics and strategic growth initiatives for partners Strong executive relationship management and communication skills Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architectures, and the digital transformation agency landscape Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs to form informed opinions and actions Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-business unit alignment Demonstrable ability to align Partner and Sales organizations for mutual benefit What\'s in it for you?
