About The Opportunity: As a Strategic Partner Manager at Contentful, you are a leader responsible for driving your portfolio of partners to achieve excellence in areas including revenue objectives, partner alignment with the Contentful platform, and joint go-to-market motions that deliver measurable impact. Your success will be defined by deepening executive relationships, increasing partner maturity, managing your partners and book of business, and driving win-win dynamics across your portfolio. What to expect

Revenue Growth and Results: Deliver against partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed ACV metrics through in-field activities and GTM plays. Partner Portfolio Ownership: Manage a defined set of strategic SI and Agency partners, including executive relationship mapping and aligning partner capabilities to market demand to grow mindshare, awareness, and results. Field Team Integration: Act as the single point of orchestration between partners and Sales to align Contentful deal strategy early and improve win rates. Partner Maturity & Enablement: Drive partner enablement uptake, certifications, and increase co-marketing readiness. Campaign & Event Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing to activate regional campaigns and partner-led events with measurable pipeline impact. Competitive Positioning: Leverage partner strengths to compete in market and evangelize the Contentful value proposition to win. Forecast & Reporting: Own weekly partner forecast inputs, track performance against targets, and inform strategic adjustments. Travel: Travel may be required where and when needed. What you need to be successful

10-15 years driving strategic partnerships or alliances within SaaS/DXP/MarTech ecosystems. Proven track record managing a portfolio of strategic partners with measurable revenue outcomes at scale. Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic growth of partners and their investments and results. Strong executive relationship management and communication skills. Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architectures, and the digital transformation agency landscape. Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting. Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to form opinions and take action. Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-BU alignment. Demonstrated ability to manage to Partner and Sales interests for mutual benefit. What’s in it for you
