Contentful is hiring a Strategic Partner Manager. You will manage an assigned group of strategic SI and Agency partners to mutual benefit in-market. You will work to reach revenue objectives around both sourced and influenced elements, ensure partners are aligned with and capable on the Contentful platform, and help orchestrate joint go-to-market motions that deliver measurable impact. Success will be defined by your ability to deepen executive relationships, increase partner maturity, manage your partners and your book of business, and drive win–win dynamics across your portfolio. What to expect

Revenue Growth and Results: Deliver against assigned partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed ACV metrics by executing successfully in field through targeted activities and GTM plays Partner Portfolio Ownership: Manage a defined set of strategic SI and Agency partners, including relationship mapping to executive and practice leaders, and aligning partner capabilities to market demand to grow mindshare, awareness and results Field Team Integration: Act as the single point of orchestration between your partners and Sales, to align partners into Contentful deal strategy early and improve win rates against key competitors Partner Maturity & Enablement: Drive partner enablement uptake, certifications, and increase co-marketing readiness Campaign & Event Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing to activate regional campaigns and partner-led events, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and across stages Competitive Positioning: Use partner strengths to effectively compete in market, leveraging win/loss insights and narratives, and be comfortable evangelizing and positioning the Contentful value proposition to achieve this goal Forecast & Reporting: Own weekly partner forecast inputs, track partner performance against targets, and use data to inform strategic adjustments and direct investments on behalf of Contentful Travel: Travel will be required where and when needed What you need to be successful

10-15 years driving strategic partnerships or alliances within SaaS/DXP/MarTech ecosystems Proven track record managing a distinct portfolio of focus strategic partners with measurable revenue outcomes at scale Ability to balance tactical execution with the growth strategies for partners and their investments and results Strong executive relationship management and communication skills Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architectures, and the digital transformation agency landscape Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative elements to form opinions and take directed actions Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-business unit alignment and engagement Demonstrable ability to manage to Partner and Sales interests for mutual benefit What’s in it for you?
