Our client, a luxury womenswear label based in Miami, FL, is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team!
Overview Role Overview: We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our Miami, FL team. The ideal candidate must have previous HR experience in a high-end fashion company with an in-house atelier, a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry's dynamics, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conflict-resolution ability, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative creative environment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Works directly with:
COO, Director of Marketing and Ecommerce, Executive Project Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all employees.
Oversee employee management, including handling PTO requests, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and supporting day-to-day HR needs.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Manage recruitment efforts, working closely with operations and department leads to hire for both corporate and atelier roles.
Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with company goals and culture.
Coordinate HR operations specific to the atelier.
