Conduct market visits to assess listings and competitors, providing insights for strategic planning. Execute cold outreach to potential hosts and develop sales strategies and playbooks. Engage in local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with potential hosts. Take ownership of projects, experimenting with new strategies and processes. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine pitches and messaging. Skills Required
3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Passionate about community engagement and hospitality. Empathy for small business owners and hosts. Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar/adjacent industries is ideal. About SSi People
