Responsibilities
Plan and manage logistics for large-scale corporate events, from concept through execution. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. Create event materials, signage, slide decks, and communications using the company\'s branding assets. Support on-site logistics, walkthroughs, and day-of execution for major events and internal engagements. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in large-scale corporate event management, overseeing complex logistics end-to-end. 5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for documentation and tracking. 5+ years of experience in professional communications and content creation, including event messaging and promotional materials. Strong creative eye with ability to design event signage, invitations, and collateral aligned with brand standards. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently. Experience coordinating with vendors and managing on-site logistics for corporate-level events. Portfolio or work samples showcasing event deliverables and communications preferred.
