VP, Lead Technical Support Recruiter at Planet Technology. The role supports the company’s mobility program, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile device management systems (like Intune MDM). Responsibilities

Act as a Level 2 IT support technician for mobility-related issues (escalations from Level 1 helpdesk). Respond to requests via phone, email, chat, or in-person visits. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with: - Email/mobile app configurations - Network or sync issues - MDM enrollment and compliance (Intune, MobileIron, etc.) Assist with new device distribution and replacements. Provide white-glove support to executives — personal, high-touch service at the office or occasionally at their homes. Maintain documentation and reports per company standards. Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (or comparable MDM systems like AirWatch, MobileIron, Workspace ONE). Able to enroll, configure, secure, and troubleshoot corporate mobile devices through MDM. iOS and Android Support. Deep familiarity with Apple devices (setup, email configuration, VPN, Wi-Fi, certificates, and compliance). Comfortable supporting OS updates, device replacements, and app installations.
