(Performance, Goals, Learn) to join our Global HCM Practice. Provide

subject matter expertise, strategic advisory, and implementation support

across Oracle Talent Management modules, including

Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Learn Cloud, Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review, and Succession Planning . Deep functional expertise in

Oracle Recruiting Cloud

or

Oracle Learn Cloud , with hands-on experience in other Talent Management modules. Consult on AST\'s Oracle HCM Cloud engagements, lead discovery workshops, conduct gap analyses, and design, configure, test, and deploy business processes within assigned HCM Cloud modules. Set up systems to align with defined business processes and client requirements; develop testing scenarios and scripts; lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Understand and manage data touchpoints and integrations related to the modules of specialization; document all application setups using AST\'s templates and methodologies. Provide functional leadership and support to multiple customers across various HCM projects and engagements. Required Technical And Professional Expertise

8+ years of IT consulting experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in HCM Performance/Goals/Learn; working in an Implementation Lead role. Specialized in Oracle Learn Cloud plus Talent Management modules (Goal Management, Performance Management). Certified in Oracle Talent Management Cloud. Functional expertise in implementation and maintenance of solutions; responsible for ensuring the technology implementation strategy is efficiently executed within the project scope. Ability to plan, develop, organize, monitor, and deliver implementation and maintenance with the client and project team. Contributes to HCM Center of Excellence initiatives; solid understanding of Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards and security related to Core HR and Talent Management. Leads multiple modules or components in medium to large implementations; exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules is highly desired. Experience in onsite/offshore model; ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to learn more than one technology and engage clients to elicit requirements; strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; organized and detail-oriented; strong customer service mindset. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and JIRA. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
