Assistant Director of Institutional Effectiveness
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness, the Assistant Director of Institutional Effectiveness supports Columbia-Greenes data-informed decision-making process by conducting advanced research, analysis, and reporting.
This role involves compiling and analyzing data related to enrollment, student outcomes, program effectiveness, and other key institutional metrics.
The Assistant Director plays a key role in generating insights that inform strategic planning, accreditation processes, and policy development.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity in all reporting.
Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to various institutional priorities (e.g., enrollment trends, retention, graduation rates, etc.).
Produce regular reports and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders utilizing dashboards and other visual data tools to present complex data in accessible formats.
Collect and analyze data to satisfy federal, state, and local reporting requirements (e.g., IPEDS, NYSED, SUNY).
Support data collection and reporting requirements for institutional accreditation processes.
