Position Description In this role you will create a strategic roadmap for quality processes, reporting, and metrics and partner with HRCS teams to drive world class operations while leading the AI transformation across the organization.
Responsibilities
Drive operational efficiencies through innovation, quality tools, technology, and AI-powered transformation solutions
Lead the AI transformation for HRCS by developing comprehensive transformation strategies, establishing AI governance frameworks, and reimagining organizational capabilities through artificial intelligence
Champion the BOLT program across HRCS, driving enterprise-wide adoption and integration of AI tools to fundamentally transform how we deliver services and operate
Use quality tools (six sigma and lean) combined with AI transformation methodologies to review current HRCS operations, performing comprehensive analyses, redesigning process architectures and identifying transformational automation and AI integration opportunities across the broader HRCS organization
Build inventory of six sigma projects for HRCS employees to select from for certifications, incorporating AI transformation and digital reimagination components
Develop and foster a culture of transformational thinking, innovation, and AI-first approaches across HRCS
Drive organizational change management and AI transformation literacy initiatives to ensure successful enterprise-wide adoption and process reimagination
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to evaluate, pilot, and implement transformational AI solutions that fundamentally enhance HRCS service delivery and operational model
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Job Overview Employees in this job serve as a full-time quality project manager for complex or high volume quality improvement initiatives. This job utilizes Six Sigma (including lean) and Q1 Story tools and techniques to coach and lead teams in key business improvement projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Leads cross functional six sigma quality projects including data collection, analysis, and implementation of recommendations through completion
Conducts and formalizes process mapping activities as needed (including Kaizen)
Leads master level projects to successful completion within the committed time frame
Leads or mentors teams comprised of cross-functional members to execute on business improvement efforts and projects assigned by management
Creates and communicates formal presentation of project work and recommendations to business leaders at various levels of management
Teaches belt certification classes and coursework for green/black belt certification
Compiles and analyzes highly analytical problem solving analysis
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 4+ years
