Legal Compliance Management: Interpret, understand, and monitor changing legal requirements applicable to site activities and operations. Complex Risk Assessment: Identify and understand complex occupational health and safety hazards, assess risks, and develop skills in others. Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain proficiency in pertinent OH&S subjects aligned with KC OH&S and E&S Performance Standards and operation-specific risks. Leadership in Incident Management: Participate in incident investigations and causal analyses, building skills in others. Training Development and Delivery: Develop and deliver training across OH&S and E&S topics for moderately complex operations. Program Maturity Assessments: Conduct routine checks and self-assessments of the site’s OH&S program maturity and performance in moderately complex operations. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate accountability, positive role modeling, and commitment as per the Leadership Curriculum. Technological Acumen: Use data and digital systems to improve decision-making and problem-solving; address technology advancements relevant to the role. Project Management and Change Management: Exhibit capabilities in project management and managing change effectively. Lean Mindset and Collaboration: Model a lean mindset, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate effectively with others. Manufacturing Planning/Execution/Capital Allocation: Be familiar with manufacturing planning, execution, and capital allocation processes. About Us

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in safety, occupational health and industrial hygiene management within a manufacturing environment, focusing on legal compliance, risk management, and adherence to standards. Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities, if any. 3+ years of experience in a leadership, management, or supervisory role. Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization. Ability to influence behaviors/outcomes without direct authority. Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or possessing relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE, CIH, CSP, HMM, NEBOSH, etc.). Experience in a consumer products organization. Total Benefits
