12 Months Materials engineer with 2-4 years of experience in polymer synthesis, formulation development, inkjet printing, and coating processes. Must-Have Skills

Proven experience in materials research, development, and testing. Experience with polymer material and formulation development for optical coatings. Able to work in a chemical laboratory or cleanroom environment and operate tools for conducting experiments and collecting metrology data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills and ability to work independently/collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Nice-to-have Skills

Experience with material and optical characterization tools. Experience with 3D printing. Ph.D. preferred Responsibilities

Lead research and development efforts in materials and interfaces, with a focus on innovative solutions for inkjet printing of ophthalmic lenses. Analyze, test, and characterize materials to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams to facilitate the integration of new materials into existing processes. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred Proven experience in materials research, development, and testing. Able to work in a chemical laboratory or cleanroom environment and operate tools for conducting experiments and collecting metrology data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with polymer material and formulation development for optical coatings. Experience with 3D printing. Experience with material and optical characterization tools. Seniority level
