Research Scientist What You'll Do
Prepare formulations and intermediate solutions, including full documentation of each batch Support cross-functional teams with experimental projects Conduct polymer formulation, characterization, and processing in a research lab environment Investigate structure-property relationships in polymers (molecular architecture, morphology, and bulk properties) Evaluate new contact lenses, surfaces, packaging saline, and lens care products using appropriate testing methods Document experimental designs, results, data analysis, and conclusions in lab notebooks, memos, or reports Communicate findings clearly to project teams What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific field (MS: 0–2 yrs; BS: 0–4 yrs experience) Experience in adhesives, coatings, UV curatives, or medical device industries is a plus Hands-on experience with hydrogel formulation or contact lens products is a bonus Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear reports and documentation Excellent communication skills in English Employment Details
