$60,278 – $75,362 (Dependent on Experience) What You'll Do
Perform daily functions in batch preparation of formulations and intermediate solutions. Complete all documentation following the preparation of the batches throughout the process. Provide basic maintenance to GxP equipment, help with chemical inventory for materials and complete all documentation following the preparation of the batches throughout the process. Perform polymer formulation, characterization and process in a research laboratory environment. Proficiency in laboratory techniques, instrument operation, and data analysis. Identify and execute appropriate testing methodologies to evaluate potential new contact lenses, lens surfaces, package saline and lens care products. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline; adequate experience (MS 0–2 yrs; BS 0–4 yrs). Fluency in English required. Background in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering. Formulation and process experience with hydrogel and contact lens care are desired. Must be able to write reports and communicate well to internal customers. Ready to advance science?
