Experience supporting production line installations and upgrades
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide second-level technical support for PLC and controls-related troubleshooting
Follow direction from senior controls engineers to support new line installations
Participate in all project phases — design, build, testing, and start-up support
Implement control system improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency
Execute assigned project objectives to meet milestones and performance goals
Assist with system documentation, testing, and technology transfer activities
Requirements
Associate degree (AAS) or higher in a relevant technical field preferred
5-7+ years of experience with PLCs, HMIs, drives, and safety systems in manufacturing
Equivalent experience may substitute formal education (10 years total)
Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize automated systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
