UBS The Banking Operations Senior Analyst of Reconciliation Management plays a critical leadership role within the Banking Operations team, responsible for overseeing the effectiveness, accuracy, and integrity of all reconciliation processes supporting the bank. This individual will lead and mentor staff in reconciliation functions, ensuring that operational procedures, process flows, and control mechanisms are robust, well-documented, and aligned with organizational objectives. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide daily operational support to a range of stakeholders and foster a culture of excellence and continual improvement within the reconciliation team. Responsibilities
Work with Payment Operations to handle investigations that need escalation and immediate support/resolution Partner cross functionally with product, sales, marketing, operations, legal and finance teams to lead and control reconciliation initiatives Support tactical and strategic programs supporting the organization, while maintaining operational objectives Build/Review requirement documentation, identify key milestones, create test plans, and develop appropriate measurement tools for monitoring output results Maintain for all payment rails operational sub-ledgers, performing appropriate reconciliation functions Be responsible for managing identified breaks and analysis to identify potential risk items Support internal and external audits Prepare and execute as applicable, reporting requirements Maintain salary information and related benefits details as applicable per posting Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, or Equivalent Work Experience Ideally 8+ years of proven experience in reconciliation processes, payment rails, and operations Self-motivated with lean, innovative thought leadership methodologies to drive ongoing enhancements Demonstrated analytical/problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Robust written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present and listen effectively Ability to be cross-functional and multi-task under pressure About Us

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
