Hospital Manager Wanted in Lisle, Illinois (Chicagoland). Partners and Paws Veterinary Services in Lisle, Illinois seeks a full-time hospital manager to join our passionate, community-oriented practice. Led by Drs. Tim Brandes and Alexis Newman, Partners and Paws Veterinary Services is a bustling practice that offers general services in Lisle, Illinois and surrounding communities. We are a full-service practice that provides quality care to dogs and cats. Our dedicated team includes an experienced support staff who provide exceptional care. We are looking for someone to help Partners and Paws Veterinary Services continue to grow as a practice that provides high quality care to dogs and cats, hiring and developing a dedicated team that includes a large, experienced support staff who will provide exceptional care. We are looking for an individual who can develop rapport with staff and clients and has a passion for veterinary medicine. Responsibilities
Lead and direct hospital staff toward a common goal, ensuring high-quality care and smooth operations. Develop rapport with staff and clients and foster a collaborative, supportive work environment. Utilize downtime effectively and stay highly organized and detail-oriented. Communicate information clearly to hospital staff, both orally and in writing. Develop and engage the veterinary support team, including training and development for proficiency. Plan and prioritize work, set priorities, and establish timetables to achieve goals. Ensure understanding and management of compliance regulations and requirements of the hospital. Participate in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and growth initiatives for the practice. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, health science, or a related field is strongly preferred but not required. At a minimum, five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience, is required. Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred but not required. May consider an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Benefits
