Provide primary care services as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine/primary care setting. Collaborate with the UCHealth Medical Group to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience. Qualifications
For Physician Assistants: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies Unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Colorado PA-C certification (NCCPA) required for hire and maintained throughout employment DEA license to prescribe commonly prescribed medications Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status with no sanctions or exclusions Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate privileges Prescriptive authority as appropriate per medical staff privileging Basic Life Support (BLS) certification For Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited NP program NP certification (ANCC or AANPCB) for hire and maintained throughout employment Unrestricted NP license or multi-state compact privileges Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate privileges DEA permit to prescribe commonly prescribed medications Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status with no sanctions or exclusions Prescriptive authority as appropriate Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Benefits
