$124,384.00/yr - $163,072.00/yr Responsibilities
Provide first-assist support in vascular surgery procedures as part of the UCHealth Heart and Vascular Surgery team. Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and care coordination. Support full-time schedule and contribute to ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications
Physician Assistant track: • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies • Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Colorado • PA-C certification (NCCPA) maintained throughout employment • DEA registration to prescribe medications commonly prescribed in practice • Eligibility to provide services with Medicare/Medicaid; no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA • Unrestricted medical staff membership with applicable privileges • Prescriptive authority as appropriate per medical staff privileging • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Nurse Practitioner track: • Master’s degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited NP program • ANCC or AANPCB certification maintained throughout employment • Unrestricted NP license in practice state or multi-state compact privileges • Eligibility to provide services with Medicare/Medicaid; no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA • Unrestricted medical staff membership with applicable privileges • DEA registration to prescribe medications commonly prescribed in practice • Prescriptive authority as appropriate; BLS certification Exceptional Benefits
Annual compensation range
