Job Description
The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and developing new client relationships for CRE360 Partners. The role will focus on bringing on new tenant and landlord clients and optimizing sales strategies for the transaction / leasing services offered by CRE360. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by connecting CRE360's unique transaction services with clients in need of high-quality expertise.
Accountabilities and Outcomes
Source and qualify new business accounts / assignments
Build and maintain client relationships
Expand existing client relationships where applicable
Drive the company's sales pipeline through proactive engagement and follow-up
Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead and / or participate in sales presentations and pitches
Travel to meet new and existing clients.
Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing and coordination teams to create sales materials including presentations, proposals, and client case studies.
Utilize CRM tools to track outreach and follow-up processes
Drive new business development to expand CRE360 Partners' client base
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Contribute to developing and refining the company's overall sales strategy
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain a high level of industry / product knowledge to effectively communicate cre360's value proposition to clients
Perform additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
7+ years experience in retail real estate account development / relationship management. Prior experience in brokerage or tenant real estate deal making strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of tenant / landlord representation and their value to businesses
Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High degree of professionalism and commitment to ethical business practices
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Work Environment Includes both a typical office or home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and / or overnight travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Positions Supervised This position has no direct reports.
Compensation $110,000-$130,000 base salary range + incentive compensation opportunity and full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and other voluntary benefits)
