The Role
As Chief Revenue Officer, you'll own the complete revenue journey—from demand generation through sales execution to customer expansion. This isn't about maintaining what exists; it's about architecting a scalable, predictable revenue machine that takes us from our current trajectory to category leadership. You'll report directly to the CEO as a key member of the executive leadership team, building and leading our NYC-based revenue organization. What You\u2019ll Do
Build & Scale the Revenue Engine
Own end-to-end revenue responsibility across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with growth targets Build a predictable, repeatable go-to-market motion that scales across segments and geographies Establish revenue forecasting models and accountability frameworks Lead & Develop Teams
Hire, develop, and lead world-class Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture using attribution insights Create career pathways that retain and grow top talent Build compensation structures that align individual and company goals Drive Strategic Growth
Identify and capture new market opportunities, segments, and expansion paths Develop pricing and packaging strategies that maximize value Partner with Product to ensure roadmap reflects market needs Lead expansion into new geographies and verticals Requirements
12+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market; 5+ years in revenue leadership (VP Sales, CRO) Proven track record scaling revenue from $10M to $50M+ ARR Series A-D startup experience with successful outcomes Deep understanding of B2B martech, analytics, or data platforms History of building teams from 10 to 50+ people Experience managing teams across multiple locations and time zones Compensation
Total OTE: $350K - $560K depending on experience Seniority level
