Develop program-enhancing partnerships across Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Cross Business Teams (CBT) (e.g., Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain), Finance, and all other support functions on the Program Drive effective R&O management processes, best practices, and compliance Facilitate the Program Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) cadence Create and analyze program level R&O metrics Support program start up process with R&O related workshops Ensure program IMS adequately reflects R&O mitigation/capture plans Review and reconcile EAC R&O status with register data Serve as subject matter expert for Risk Management with the customer Expected to support domestic travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience Leadership experience Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program Qualifications We Prefer
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and common program management tools / systems (PMX, Project, Risk Register, etc.) Prior experience supporting development, production, or sustainment programs Experience with various types of contracts (e.g., Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, Production, and Development) Professional experience in program or project management and/or as an IPT lead Experience with EVMS and IMP/IMS development What We Offer
