Arrowstreet is an award-winning architecture, interiors, and experience design firm based in Boston, with over 60 years of expertise. As a Designer, you are an integral part of the tour team. You will work closely with project managers and project architects, providing support through all phases of our projects: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. You will gain exposure to our diverse portfolio and have a great opportunity for career growth. Responsibilities

Contributes to design discussions and collaborations Produces architectural design and detailed construction drawings Creates renderings and presentation graphics as needed Implements architectural changes in response to engineers and consultant teams Provides product research, considering design, budget, and constructability Provides assistance with site visits and field measurements when needed Assists with RFIs and submittals Proactively communicates with the team and addresses delays or concerns with the project manager or project architect Remains flexible and adaptable to meet internal and external deadlines Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 2-5 years’ postgraduate experience Excellent conceptual thinking and strong technical skills Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Lumion is a plus Self-motivated and a strong desire to learn Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proactive and self-directed Strong problem-solving abilities The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities and tasks when needed Why Arrowstreet
