As a Designer, you are an integral part of the tour team. You will work closely with project managers, project architects providing support through all phases of our projects, from Schematic Design to Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. You will gain exposure over our diverse portfolio and have a great opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities
Contributes to design discussions and collaborations
Produces architectural design and detailed construction drawings
Create renderings and presentation graphics as needed
Implement architectural changes in response to engineers and consultant teams
Provides product research, considering design, budget, and constructability
Provide assistance with site visits, field measurements when needed
Assist the RFI’s and submittals
Proactively communicate with team and ask questions and address any delays or concerns with project manager or project architect
Remain flexible and adaptable to meeting internal and external deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
2-5 years’ postgraduate experience
Excellent conceptual thinking and strong technical skills
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Lumion is a plus.
Self‑motivated and a strong desire to learn.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and self‑directed
Strong problem‑solving abilities
The ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment, shifting priorities and tasks when needed.
