We’re looking for designers who live and breathe design. You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, and image-making, and you understand how every detail ladders up to a larger identity. You draw inspiration from across culture—design, photography, digital platforms, fashion, and emerging trends—and translate it into work that feels current and on-brand. You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and confident building across both print and digital ecosystems. Most importantly, you know how craft, consistency, and storytelling come together to build brands that stand out and resonate.

How You Will Make a Difference Working within Global Brand Design, you will take a lead role in concepting and executing design across multiple touchpoints, including:

Creative pitch decks and presentations that influence at the highest levels

Assisting in photo/video shoot planning and visual narratives in support of brand art direction

Product launch materials and marketing toolkits that align global teams

Digital and print assets spanning social, web, retail, and event environments

You Will Also

Lead design workstreams with a high degree of independence

Partner with Art Directors, designers, freelancers, and marketing stakeholders to set the creative bar for campaigns

Provide direction and feedback to freelance and junior design staff to ensure consistency and quality

Contribute to the evolution of Specialized’s brand design system and global standards

About You

A craft-first designer with refined taste and cultural awareness

Confident in owning projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight

Strong collaborator who builds trust across teams and functions

Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills

Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

Energized by both design and sport—curious about how brands work and motivated to push boundaries

What You Need To Win

BFA in a related field preferred

6+ years of relevant design experience in a brand or agency environment

A portfolio showcasing high-quality, design-led work across multiple mediums with evidence of leadership in projects

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Mastery of Figma, with ability to build and maintain scalable design systems

Familiarity with Miro a plus

Familiarity with using AI tools in your workflow a plus

Experience with project management tools like Asana or Jira a plus

Ability to manage multiple complex projects and mentor teammates

PAY Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations.

California

Base Pay Range: ($90,000 - $120,000)

At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
