Overview
Graphic production designer role within RBC Wealth Management. The candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in working within established brand standards, and proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite. Must be capable of guiding the design process from concept to preparing files for print, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media assets, using existing brand templates and adhering to brand standards Develop design solutions when templates are not available or do not apply Collaborate to improve processes and create solutions to increase efficiencies Maintain documentation, file management, and archiving of digital material Produce designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and high standards Work within project management software (Adobe Workfront) to communicate with team members and clients Develop and maintain RBC Wealth Management’s visual identity across all marketing channels Collaborate with the team on concepting and delivering new projects from idea to final delivery Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong knowledge of brand identity and visual design principles Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Soft Skills
Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house corporate setting with a focus on brand development and management Knowledge of Adobe Workfront Video editing and/or animation skills are a plus What’s in it for you?
